Team Member Agreement

This agreement is between Shoes Just for Me, LLC (SJFM) and Team Members (TM) who wish to sell SJFM products. The Team member (TM) and Shoes Just for Me, LLC (SJFM) accept the following terms and conditions.

Independent Contractor
SJFM and TM agree that the TM is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or franchisee of SJFM.

Responsibilities
The TM is fully and solely responsible when conducting this business, including applying for and obtaining the necessary licenses for their business, paying taxes on the sales and purchases, and complying with all other State, City, County, or federal regulations that apply.

Promotion and Marketing
The TM is responsible for their sales promotion activities. The products will have names and sales codes assigned by SJFM.

Sales Materials
TMs will be able to access master copies of sales promotional and technical materials relative to products at the prices that SJFM assigns to them. The TM will not be allowed to alter or add additional cost or information to SJFM materials.

Compensation
The TM understands that all bonuses and compensation received from SJFM are based solely on the sale of products. All bonuses and commissions will be paid to the TM by direct deposit and paid once per month between the 1st and 10th day of the next month after the commission is earned. This compensation constitutes the total arrangement between the TM and SJFM. Prices
Product prices are subject to changes by SJFM. All product prices are set by SJFM. No TM will be allowed to publish, announce, or publicize any discount on the suggested prices to the public.
