RETURN POLICY-SHOES JUST FOR ME

Refunds for returned merchandise will only be issued in the form of a credit. 
Return Criteria

  1. All returns must be received within 15 days of the original shipment date. We don’t accept international orders. PLEASE NOTE- Returns that are received after 15th day from the shipment date will not be accepted.
  2. Items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition. The soles/bottom of shoes must be unmarked and clean in brand new condition.
  3. Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. All sale items are final sale. The following items are final sale items, jewelry, hair, accessories, hats, scarves, handbags, sunglasses, belts, and any items that are accessory’s. Al sales are final.
  4. Shoes must be returned with their original shoe box, pack the shoe box inside another box as the original shoe box and must be returned undamaged and postage-paid.
  5. Returns are processed within 10-15 business days upon receipt of the   package. Refunds are issued back as a store credit only. No exchanges.
  6. Your store credit will arrive via email to your email associated with your purchase.
  7. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions

  1. We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full credit based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, and a 40-100% restocking fee. Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package, Shoes Just for Me is not responsible for lost return packages.
  2. By purchasing from Shoes Just for Me.com, you accept these terms and conditions.

How to Make a Return

  1. Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for a return. Your return must contain the original invoice that you received with your order.
    PLEASE NOTE - If you send us items that are ineligible for return we will not accept them therefore you will need to pay return shipping fees if you would like them back.
  1. Please include the invoice you received with your package and a note with the items you are returning and include it in your package along with the item(s).
  2. Send your package back via shipping method of your choice. If available, we recommend noting the tracking number from your shipping label. We will email you once everything is processed and completed
  3. The above conditions are subject to change with or without notice.
